The barbecue's combustion chamber is surrounded by insulation. The insulation used between the double layers of sheet metal allows for greater heat accumulation within the combustion chamber.
A 304-grade chrome grate is installed on the grill section of the barbecue. A three-stage shelf system located in the combustion area allows you to adjust the distance between the chrome grate and the fire.
Fire bricks are laid on the grill section of the product. The fire bricks are heat insulating, allowing the grill section to handle higher temperatures.
Our grill and oven sections are painted with heat-resistant ceramic paint. However, the fire-resistant exterior of the product is painted with electrostatic powder paint. This powder paint prevents the sheet metal from contacting the air, preventing it from rusting.
The oven and grill doors use heat-resistant vitroceramic glass and heat-resistant imported wicks. This wick is sandwiched between the lid and body, ensuring oxygen intake is maintained at the desired level and preventing heat from escaping from the oven.
